About Soroor
I’ve been working with
children from as far back as I can remember. Working with
children has always been in my nature. It’s been the passion
that drives me in my life. Seeing their warm gentle smiles and
knowing that I have made a difference in their lives both
emotionally and educationally makes my heart melt. My love for
children started when I was a teenager, and only increased when
I met my husband of 25 years, and raised my two boys. One is 11
years old and attends middle school, and the other is 22 and
goes to UCLA. While raising them, I simultaneously took early
childhood education classes, got my associates degree, and my
teacher’s permit. I’m still actively attending early childhood
education classes, conferences, workshops, and Mentoring
programs in Marin Childcare Council . My experience with
children and my education gave me the confidence to follow my
inspiration to open a day care, where I can teach children in
the serene woods of Lucas valley. We are located in Terra
Linda/Lucas Valley area with easy access to HWY 101. We are
member of state child Care Food program and provide healthy
snacks and hot meals and diapers.
